Aromatic Description: Fresh, minty, camphoraceous, herbaceous with woody-balsamic undertones, sweet, slightly medicinal.

Benefits: Antibacterial, antiseptic, antispasmodic, expectorant, stimulant (circulatory, mental and nervous), analgesic, tonic (nervous system), strengthening, restorative, purifying, protective, reviving, refreshing, insect repellent

Properties: Good for acne, eczema, insect repellent, poor circulation, muscle pain, colds, flu. Used in cases of metal fatigue, nervous exhaustion, stress. Used in homeopathic medicine or simply in non-scented cream rosemary is excellent for massage of sore muscles. It is an invigorating oil which can restore alertness. Good after a long hard day!

Helps to: relieve pain, stimulate the mind, improve memory, stimulate menstruation, raise blood pressure, promote new cell growth, strengthen liver and nervous system, stimulate immune system, clears the mind, energises emotions

How to use: bath, compress, diffuse, steam inhalation, room fragrance, hair and skin-care preparations, insect repellent.

Safety Information: Neurotoxic (toxic to the nerves). Avoid in pregnancy. Avoid in epilepsy, (no essential oil should be taken internally without the guidance of a qualified aromatherapy practitioner). Avoid in cases of hypertension or high blood pressure.

Cautions:  Avoid in allergic and inflammatory skin conditions. Avoid during pregnancy. Please use this oil in moderation. Do not take any oils internally. Do not apply undiluted oils, absolutes or other concentrated essences onto the skin.
