Properties: Antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, digestive stimulant. An ancient oil/resin that was traded for silks and gold which has a powerful meditative quality to it. Rolled in incense sticks in Japan, Tibet and India for monks seeking a clear meditative state. A warm and exotic scent to wear or use in a diffuser.

Common Uses: Used for mature complexions, eczema, and chapped, rough or dry skin. Aids in arthritis, asthma, coughs, gingivitis, sore throat, appetite loss and colds, athlete's foot, colds, chest infection, sores, ulcers, wrinkles, bronchitis, chapped skin, boils, cuts, gums, halitosis, haemorrhoids, itching, mouth, ringworm, toothache, promote menstruation, scanty periods, diarrhoea, flatulence

How to use: bath, massage, diffuser, mouthwash, room fragrance, skin care preparations

Safety Information: Mildly toxic when taken internally (no essential oil should be taken internally without the guidance of a qualified aromatherapy practitioner). It may be toxic in high concentration and it should be avoided during pregnancy. Do not use during pregnancy. Use only in small doses.
