Properties: Traditional antiseptic, stimulating, antiviral, widely used for colds and flu in baths, chest and face rubs and in aromatherapy diffusers.

Aromatic Description: Fresh, clearing, sharp, (like camphor) medicinal, woody, earthy.

Common Uses: Arthritis, muscle aches, sprains and pains, chest infections, bronchitis, cold sores, colds, coughing, fever, boils, shingles, flu, skin infections, skin ulcers, wounds, chickenpox, diarrhoea, headaches, high blood sugar, low blood pressure, poor circulation, sinusitis.

How to use: bath, compress, diffuse, massage, inhalation (steam), insect repellent, room fragrance

Safety Information: Very toxic (has proved fatal even in low doses so keep out of reach of young children) Apply diluted only, may irritate skin (1% in a massage oil or 3 drops in a bath), do not use on young children. Not compatible with homeopathic treatment.

Cautions:  Avoid in allergic and inflammatory skin conditions. Avoid during pregnancy. Please use this oil in moderation. Do not take any oils internally. Do not apply undiluted oils, absolutes or other concentrated essences onto the skin.
