Black Pepper EO

Extraction: Steam Distilled from unripened dry fruit known as peppercorns

Blends Well With: carrot seed, frankincense, grapefruit, lavender, lemon, marjoram, mandarin, myrtle, orange, patchouli, rose, rosemary, sandalwood, vetiver

Colour: It is a strong and sharp spicy smelling oil and is faintly reminiscent of clove oil, yet more refined. It can range in color from light amber to yellow-green and has a watery viscosity.

Aromatic Description: Pungent, warm, fresh and spicy, like fresh peppercorns

Benefits: Antibacterial, antiseptic, antispasmodic, antiviral, aphrodisiac, stimulant

Possible Uses: Muscle aches and pains, arthritis, rheumatism, slack muscles, sprains, chilblains, chills colds, fever, flu, constipation, diarrhoea, flatulence, griping pains, indigestion, exhaustion, lethargy, low blood pressure, poor circulation, cellulite.

How to use: Bath, massage, room fragrance

Safety Information: Not suitable for babies or young children and should be used in moderation and with care. Irritant to the skin so use in low dilution only, 1% in massage, 3 drops per bath.

Cautions:  Do not take any oils internally. Do not apply undiluted oils, absolutes or other concentrated essences onto the skin. If you are pregnant, epileptic, have liver damage, cancer or any other medical problem, use oils only under the proper guidance of a certified Aroma therapist. Keep out of the reach of children.
